Flooring & Tile Installation
Flat subfloors, tight seams, and joints that stay put
Nearly every flooring complaint — lifting planks, cracked grout, hollow-sounding tile — traces back to the subfloor rather than the material on top of it. We check for flatness and moisture first, level what needs levelling, and only then set the floor. Luxury vinyl plank, laminate, hardwood, and porcelain or ceramic tile, with expansion gaps left where they belong and transitions and trim finished so the edges look deliberate.
Our Process
Check the Subfloor
We measure flatness and moisture before committing to a material or a method.
Prepare
Old flooring removed, the substrate levelled, and underlayment or membrane laid.
Install
Material set to the agreed layout with proper expansion gaps and tight, even seams.
Trim & Clean
Baseboards and transitions fitted, grout finished, and the space cleaned before handover.
